Want to drink skinny and healthy?



Regardless to the food that you eat everyday, your body needs refreshing healthy drinks that are full of vitamins to refresh and detox your body. 

And as I'm a big fan of flavoured vitamin water, I decided to make my own! I added 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and some sliced cumquats. I let them sit for a couple of hours and then it was ready to be consumed.



Natural Infused vitamin water is a great source of vitamin C, it helps aid in digestion, reduces stress, boosts your immune system, and helps you lose weight!

It is truly refreshing and a great way to stay hydrated. The best time to drink vitamin water is late afternoon as it helps your body making detoxifications of all fats you have taken all day.

Making your own homemade infused water helps you avoid refined sugar and you're in control of which ingredients to use (so please ditch the expensive sugary drinks that you buy in stores)!
