If you love chocolate, you love Hershey's mini kisses, and you're a fan of super moist brownies, this is the perfect recipe for you! Very easy and quick recipe, all you have to do is mix the ingredients together, bake in the oven, and TA-RA you're done!
These brownies can be served either hot or cold. If you like the taste of hot melted chocolate then serve hot (bake then chill for 10 minutes and consume!)... If you prefer the taste of chocolate that melts in your mouth, then chill for at least 40 minutes and consume! I personally like to eat these brownies while still hot, especially on a cold day with a glass of milk, and when I'm craving chocolate! Trust me, these are to die for!
Hershey Kisses Brownies Recipe
(Serves: 10 bars )
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1 cup of Hershey's mini kisses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°.
- In a small saucepan melt the butter and the sugar. Bring to boil and set aside.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together using a spoon (except for the chocolate). Then gradually start adding the butter mixture (to prevent cooking the eggs) and mix until well combined. Add Hershey's mini kisses.
- Line a baking pan with baking paper. Pour the batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are fully baked and the centre is under baked.
- Let brownies cool down and enjoy!
